Conferences at Romnesa
Do you have a conference? We propose to escape from your usual environment
Training specialists say that it is worth organizing company seminars and conferences further from your usual environment. When you escape from your daily routines it is easier to focus on innovations, memorise information and develop new ideas. For this reason, "Romnesa Druskininkai" is the best place for your conferences. We are located in the premises of an old mill on the bank of the stream Ratnyčia.
There are two conference halls with all necessary equipment at your disposal. We offer coffee breaks, lunch and dinner, night and other services.
Small hall
Floor is carpet, space is 70 m2, it accommodates up to 50 participants.
The price of hall rent includes:
- WI-Fi,
- tables and chairs (arrangement as you wish),
- sound system (sound speakers, amplifier),
- board pad,
- monitor with 165 cm diagonal.
Means to be paid:
- writing paper for board (20 sheets) – 9 Eur (1 sheet is 0,50 Eur)
- computer rent for one day is 18 Eur
Price of rent for one day is 40 Eur. Price is 7 euros for 1 hour
Big hall
Floor is ceramic tiles, space 130m2, it accommodates up to 80 participants.
The price of hall rent includes:
- WI-Fi,
- tables and chairs (arrangement as you wish),
- sound system (sound speakers, amplifier),
- board pad,
- monitor with 165 cm diagonal.
Means to be paid:
- writing paper for board (20 sheets) – 9 Eur (1 sheet is 0,50 Eur)
- computer rent is 18 Eur for a day
Price of rent for one day is 60 Eur. Price is 8 euros for 1 hour.

We offer three different menu variants for coffee breaks and a wide range of dishes made by our chefs for lunch and dinner.

Accommodation
Accommodation in homestead "Ignė" nearby
Conference participants are accommodated in homestead "Ignė" nearby. You will have a rest or finish work in the cozy double rooms with all amenities. You will be able to play billiard or enjoy relaxing massage.
